Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement cycles as per financial guidelines and SOPs.
- Coordinate vendor requests and approvals.
- Create and track purchase requisitions and orders.
- Maintain record of daily inventory movements.
- Perform office area inspection for maintenance and cleaning & etc.
- Maintain records of PRs, POs, invoices, and payments.
- Assist with payments and reimbursements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Assist Manager in all related tasks.
Competencies:
- Proficient in IT and Computer skills.
- Basic Technical Knowledge of Car, Generator & ACs etc.
- Strong administrative abilities.
- Must be able to communicate in written English.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.COM/BBA
- Experience: 2-4 years
