Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in WordPress front-end and back-end development, along with mid-level proficiency in React.js. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins, and should also be capable of implementing modern front-end features with React.js. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working with Webflow for CMS-based projects and front-end customization. This role requires a strong understanding of both design implementation and technical architecture to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions.

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites using both page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) and fully custom themes.
• Implement custom PHP functionality, hooks,filters, shortcodes, and API integrations within WordPress.
• Design and develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
• Build custom WordPress plugins, manage theme customization, and ensure clean, modular PHP code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for both WordPress and React-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into fully functional, responsive websites.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, website performance optimization, and adherence to SEO best practices.
• Manage deployments, version control (Git), and hosting environments.
• Provide maintenance and enhancements for existing projects to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

• Custom theme development (from scratch).
• Plugin development and customization using PHP.
• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) setup and integration.
• Proficiency with Elementor and other leading page builders.
• Understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, short codes, and REST API.
• WooCommerce setup and customization experience.

• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript(ES6+), and jQuery.
• Mid-level expertise in React.js — ability to build and integrate front-end components and APIs.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap for responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with component-based UI and modern front-end workflows.

• Strong command of PHP for custom WordPress functionality and plugin logic.
• Experience with API development, integration,and server-side data handling.
• Understanding of MySQL and database optimization.
• Basic understanding of web security, data validation, and performance optimization.

• Ability to build, maintain, and customize Webflow websites.
• Strong understanding of CMS collections, layout structures, and custom embeds.
• Experience translating design prototypes into functional Webflow projects.

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in fullstack web development (WordPress & React.js).
• Proven experience in delivering responsive,pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
