BariTechSol is looking for a proactive Associate IT Officer to join our IT team! This role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of IT operations, network security, and server management while growing their career in IT and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operations, servers, and web-hosting services.
  
• Troubleshoot systems, networks, and server issues.
  
• Ensure network security, data protection, and endpoint management.
  
• Configure and maintain network devices (Cisco, Sophos, Mikrotik).
  
• Support software deployment (.NET, Docker, IIS, SQL) and web applications.
  
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and SLAs.
  
• Train and support end-users; collaborate with vendors.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Computer Science or related field.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of IT experience.
  
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, virtualization, VoIP, Linux, and web hosting.
  
• CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation.
