BariTechSol is looking for a proactive Associate IT Officer to join our IT team!
This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of IT operations, network security, and server management while advancing their career in IT and security.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT operations, servers, and web hosting services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure network security, data protection, and end point security compliance.
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices(e.g., Cisco, Sophos).
- Support deployment and maintenance of applications (.NET, Docker, IIS, SQL Server).
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and domain environment.
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and SLAs.
- Provide technical support and training to endusers.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software,and service related issues.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and patch management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of IT experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN/WAN, virtualization, VoIP, Linux, and web hosting.
- CCNA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ateam-oriented mindset.
