- Experienced in alternate sales mediums like Bark, cold calling, and more.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of business development experience, with a focus on Upwork
- 2-3 years of experience in account management
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork’s platform, bid management, and profile optimization
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong communication, written and verbal, with persuasive proposal writing skills
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
