Finance & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage finance operations and set goals.
  • Optimize financial health and prepare budgets.
  • Analyze performance, costs, and sales, comparing them to business plans.
  • Handle payroll processing and tax reporting.
  • Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, bankers, and compliance entities.
  • Ensure accurate financial entries and custom reporting.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and sales commission plans.
  • Advise CEO on financial insights and business optimization.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Experience with accounting software and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, statistics, and international market trends.
  • Ability to interpret international laws and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and investigative nature.
  • Negotiation skills and industry experience preferred.
  • ACCA, MA/MBA (Finance), with experience in a software house preferred; CFA/CMA is a plus.
