Job description
We are looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content, a dedicated Content Writer to create content for blogs, social media, eBooks and the company website. The Content Writer’s responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company’s website, and promoting the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.
To be successful as a Content Writer, you should keep in consideration the latest SEO techniques. Ultimately, a top-performing Content Writer should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement
Responsibilities:
- Developing content for blogs, social media, email, guest posting, infographics, eBooks and the company website.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as per Google updates.
- Ability to edit and curate content to appeal to online audiences based in the Middle East, U.S., UK, and other Western countries.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to create search engine friendly content.
- Understand the business/company branding requirements & create a content strategy accordingly.
Requirements:
- This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
- Ability to write technical content for websites.
- The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Should have the flair for conceptualizing and writing articles for blogs, web pages, info-graphics, brochures etc.
- Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio of published articles, bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
